Zinc Contracting is a locally owned and operated construction company based in Beckley, West Virginia, founded by brothers Zach and Noah Staker.
 

Our story began in 2022 when we purchased our first investment property with the goal of renovating and selling it. What started as a single house quickly grew into a passion for construction, remodeling, and transforming properties. Since then, we've continued investing in real estate, renovating homes, and expanding our hands-on experience in the construction industry. That experience eventually led us to establish Zinc Contracting and offer our services to other homeowners.
 

We bring two different but complementary backgrounds to the business. Noah is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with over 10 years of engineering experience, bringing technical knowledge, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving skills to our projects. Zach has a background in accounting and business management, with experience in budgeting, financial planning, and operations.

Together, we combine our professional backgrounds with the practical experience we've gained through our own construction and renovation projects. Having invested our own time and money into improving properties, we understand the importance of doing things right, managing costs, and building for long-term value.
 

Today, Zinc Contracting specializes in deck construction, remodeling, and residential improvements throughout Southern West Virginia. As a family-owned business, we take a personal approach to every project, focusing on honest communication, dependable service, and workmanship we can stand behind.
